Before software: 12 years in production and operations, scaling a company from $1.5M to $5M+ while running events for Fortune 500 executives and government leaders.

At BizPower360 I work across the stack of a benefits company: client-facing features inside our ERP platform, data pipelines, and the internal tools the team runs on, from a CLI that syncs and diffs our platform configuration to payroll extraction and a desktop reconciliation app. Recently I've also been leading LiveWell, a ground-up rebuild of our wellness and fitness benefits app in React, Hono and Postgres.

Outside work I build and maintain sbtlTV, an open source desktop IPTV player for Windows, macOS and Linux with 5,000+ downloads. Before that I built Atria, an open source event platform. This site runs on a bare-metal K3s cluster I host myself.

Before software I spent 12 years in technical production and operations, running events for sitting presidents and Fortune 500 CEOs where everything had to work the first time. The instinct carried over: understand the system, anticipate failure points, and sweat the details users will never see but will absolutely feel.

Features a full EPG program guide, TMDB-powered VOD browsing with multi-source ratings, and Xtream + M3U source support. Handles massive playlists via virtualized rendering with an offline-first architecture.
